We recognize that renting can create confusion on who to call when an emergency situation appears. That’s why all EverStar tenants are given access to our Emergency After-Hours Only line!



How to Use Our Emergency After-Hours Only Line

During the hours of 5PM – 9AM Monday through Thursday and 4PM – 9AM on Fridays, call or text 509-591-2350. We strongly recommend calling first and following up with a text! This line may be used to get assistance only with the following types of emergencies:


    • No Electricity – Call PUD first to confirm it is not an area outage.

    • No Heat

    • No Water

    • Water Leaks – IE dripping from plumbing or the ceiling

    • Stopped up plumbing in residencies with only one bathroom

    • Resident Safety – Limited to problems with your home/unit that present an immediate safety issue for occupants.


In the event of fire, always call 911 immediately and then call the emergency number.


For any active threats to your physical safety, please dial 911.
