After spending over $1000 on various application fees over the past month, I wish so badly I knew of Everstar first.
I met with Brandon who explained to me the process of how they deal with rental applications. They don't charge you until you are first in line for a property and will call you first to make sure you are interested. Additionally, if you decide you don't want the place your application will work towards another one of their properties so no paying multiple times.

Brandon was nice, prompt, and informative. I really appreciated him and Everstar and only wish I knew sooner.

Property manager Brenda and her team absolutely amazed me.
At how fast they had contractors out to my place to restore power after a branch took out my main power line. Sunday evening it happened and Tuesday afternoon I had power again. I had her and the emergency line gal call me multiple times to check on how my family and I were doing and if we needed anything. Communication with contractors and Everstar was top notch!
