Thank you for your interest in applying for a rental property with EverStar Realty. Upon locating a property that meets your criteria, print the Rental Application from the link below. Please complete the application and deliver to EverStar Realty with the appropriate Application Fee. Be sure to reference the address of the property you are applying for.
Each unmarried adult (18 years or older) who will be occupying the rental will be required to fill out a separate application. Married adults may complete only one application. We do not accept reusable tenant screening reports.
- Married Adults $42.50 per person
- Single Applications $42.50 per person
Rent is always due on the first day of each month and late as of 5:00 p.m. on the 5th day of each month. Late fees will be posted automatically. Checks, money orders or cashiers checks are acceptable. We DO NOT accept CASH. If paying by check please specify your rental address in the memo field of your checks.

Emergency Maintenance Procedures
EverStar monitors a 24 hour hotline for maintenance emergencies. We define an emergency as anything that includes the following: no electricity throughout the residence, no heat, stopped up plumbing with residents that have only one bathroom, no water throughout residence, water coming into the residence, situations where residents safety is a stake.
