We at EverStar Realty value our tenants. We strive to provide you with the best possible rental experience and support. Whether you have maintenance needs or are planning your next move, we are here for you. 


Following is additional information that may assist you:


Upon locating a property that meets your criteria, either submit your application online  or print the Rental Application from the link on this page. If you submit physically, please complete the application and deliver it to EverStar Realty with the appropriate Application Fee. Be sure to reference the address of the property you are applying for.


Each adult (18 years or older) who will be occupying the rental will be required to fill out a separate application. We do not accept reusable tenant screening reports.


Application Fee:

  • $48.50 per person

Rent Payment

Rent is always due on the first day of each month and becomes late as of 5:00 p.m. on the 5th day of each month. Late fees will be posted automatically. 


Checks, money orders or cashiers checks are acceptable. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH. If paying by check please specify your rental address in the memo field of your checks. Due to recent thefts, our usual Drop-Off box beside the front entrance has been removed until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.


We also provide Online Rent Payment to our tenants. To sign up, email accounting@everstarrealty.com with a message including your Full Name, Phone Number, Mailing Address and Property Address. We'll then send you a link to set up your account.


Afterwards, your rent can be paid online here.

With PaySlip you can pay rent with cash at participating stores around town. Read the details here and reach out to your Property Manager or call the main office to get your PaySlip printed or emailed from your Tenant Portal!

Emergency Maintenance Procedures


EverStar monitors a 24 hour hotline for maintenance emergencies. We define an emergency as anything that includes the following: no electricity throughout the residence, no heat, stopped up plumbing with residents that have only one bathroom, no water throughout residence, water coming into the residence, and situations where residents safety is a stake.
